Can I use the App with an automatic system?
With automatic systems you will only receive on the App jobs from the booking website. The App only receives jobs that you would receive on your MDT. You will continue to receive jobs on your service phone.
Where can I sign up to obtain access to the app?
Login credentials are only provided to our customers who are working with Digitax TDS Dispatch System. Please, contact your technical representatve to get more information on how to obtain the credentials.
When I try to log in to the App I receive a message "Wrong MDT status" and cannot connect.
The App TDS Cloud Driver works only with Digitax TDS Systems. For the App to work your Digitax MDT must be turned on in your car, and the taxi must be registered in a stand.
I cannot login anymore, the App says "Wrong username or password" even if I am sure they are correct.
When you try to log in and enter a wrong password consecutively for several times your account is locked automatically to prevent abuse. Please, contact support to unlock your account.
I connect successfuly using the iOS App, but I don't receive jobs.
While the Android App can be put in background, the iOS version need to be open and in foreground to be able to receive jobs from the system.
